* The Motivational BOOMTM Seminars reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Advertisement which, in its opinion, does not fit or conform to the needs and goals of any seminar event.

** The Motivational BOOMTM Seminars reserves the right to determine placement of all Ads and shall not be bound by requests for special positions other than covers, center fold pages and inside back page.

Notes: Cancellations must be made in writing by Thursday, March 29, 2012. No cancellations accepted after reservation closing date. Failure to notify publisher will result in full cost insertion. No cancellations for covers and special inside ad positions, including "permanent holds." If new art is not received by deadline date, previous art may be used.
